I had to leave my car in Rotherham Town Center and walk home yesterday. Luckily it is in a secure place. Took me an hour to get home but I sure I got home before the people stuck hours in traffic. At St Anns roundabout there was a car upto its roof in water.So I had to detour. Walkin up Barbot Hall I was waist deep in water, with the current nearly wiping me off my feet!  |

Yep! I got the day off  But was stuck in killamarsh all day cos all the roads going out was flooded. Glad you and the car was ok Grace, you was lucky getting home in an hour. My friend left work at 3.30pm and text me at 9pm saying she still wasn't anywhere near home (kimberworth area) and she was supposed to be setting off for a ferry to go on hol at 2 in the morning. |
